For the commissaire aux comptes: your mandates, one fiscal year at a time
A mandate runs for the number of fiscal years you set, with fees fixed once or re-quoted each year. yuba keeps the mandate, one engagement letter version per fiscal year and your fee invoices.
Enter your mandates in yuba and try it for 14 days.
The mandate and its term
The mandate carries its term in fiscal years and its fee policy: fixed for the whole term, or re-quoted each year. Each fiscal year has its engagement letter version, and the mandate shows the fiscal year it ends with.
Fees against the barème
The ONCA/CNCC barème has the statutory audit rows: a company mandate, an association mandate, a special report and a capital increase report. The agreed fee shows next to the minimum, and a fee below it is flagged and recorded.
Invoices nobody can touch up
Every fee invoice carries the legal mentions, TVA and the total in words, with a gapless number for each fiscal year. A mistake is corrected by a credit note (facture d'avoir) with its own number.

What was done, and by whom
The journal keeps every invoice issued, every credit note and every fee agreed below the minimum, with the user and the time. Any later tampering shows.
